陆陆续续来了几封走流程的邮件
昨天收到一封邮件
以我八级英语的水平理解
似乎是说IBM账号已经删除
但是IBM CLOUD涉嫌欺诈无法删除
留存作法律证据
IBM要制裁我吗

Dear Dongbin,
In response to your request to delete your IBM Account linked to lin@gmail.com, we have identified
your data and, to the best of our knowledge, your IBMid and additional information relevant to your
erasure request has been erased.
We have been unable to delete your Softlayer and Bluemix accounts due to suspected fraudulent activity.
Therefore, IBM will be retaining your personal information for legitimate business interests connected to
a suspected violation of our terms of service, and for no longer than strictly necessary.
