Money back guarantee & refund policy
We do offer a 14-days refund policy on the FIRST order for the specific account, unless otherwise specified, if none of the resources were used. Should there have been an abuse or breach of our TOS on the account – no refunds shall be given.
We do not refund cancelled services. For example, if your service is quarterly and you request a refund after two months, no refunds will be given. No refunds are issued for setup charges, add-on charges, domain-registrations, add-on purchases, SSL certificates or overage charges. In case of AUP violations, any and all refunds are forfeit.

Dedicated servers which require a custom setup, order of additional parts or take a longer than usual time to build are NOT entitled to a refund.
