甲骨文ARM安装开心版宝塔7.7，宝塔数据同步工具出错

7.7有这问题，7.9.8开心版没这问题

7.9.8宝塔数据同步工具版本 3.8.1
7.7宝塔数据同步工具版本2.9

只有在ARM服务器上有这问题，AMD服务器是不会有这问题的。
