请教为什么我的微软账号打不开 Bing webmasters

微软的站长管理工具 https://www.bing.com/webmaster

我发现我的账号只要打开就会报错，但是朋友的微软账号可以打开。

报错信息如下：

We’re working to restore service as soon as possible.
